What if your big events are sold out? How do I get involved?

Our most popular events fill up quickly—but there are still plenty of ways to participate! If a flagship event is sold out, we recommend exploring our digital marketing packages for high-impact go-to-market activities. Connect with our marketing department, and we’ll help you find the best alternative based on your goals and budget.

How far in advance should I plan or request an event?

We recommend submitting event and sponsorship requests as early as possible—ideally at least one to two quarters in advance—especially for high-demand events that sell out quickly. For any customer-facing event, we require 6–8 weeks of runway to properly promote, market, and drive meaningful attendance. The earlier you plan, the more flexibility we’ll have to secure ideal dates, venues, and marketing support, ensuring your event performs at its highest potential.

How do I align my accounts with RSI sellers?

To ensure we’re working from the same strategy, reach out to our marketing team for the latest Right! Systems account alignment list. We’ll connect you with the appropriate account executives and help streamline collaboration so you can efficiently coordinate outreach, co-selling efforts, and joint opportunities.

How do I book an enablement session with your sales team?

All enablement session requests must be submitted through the marketing team. We’ll review your goals, recommend the right format (virtual, in-person, or QBR meal enablement), and coordinate timing and presentation topics with our VP of Sales. This ensures your session is impactful and aligned with current sales priorities.

I want to host a small happy hour event in my local area. Who do I go to?

Start by connecting with your Right! Systems account executive to discuss your target audience, goals, and location. Once aligned, our marketing team can assist with planning support, logistics guidance, and promotional materials to help make your event successful. Smaller local events are a great way to build relationships in a more relaxed setting.

We encourage partners to start with the programs outlined in our marketing menu, but we’re always open to creative, high-impact ideas that support mutual growth!
